ACCESORY BUILDING
SJL - (TALLER VII)
"January 15" is an urbanization of SJL, in constant informal growth towards the slopes, denied by the consolidated homes in the lower area. This building is presented as a prototype solution, of urban insertion; with hopes that their success will be replicated along the breaking point of the slopes of these urbanizations. The solutions included are:
Articulation of the medical post, the school and the market
Generation of prototype of income to areas of slope
Connecting divided populations this problem
Generate new jobs
The design of the building begins after a thorough urban analysis. The most important conclusion is the separation of the consolidated zone and invasions towards the slopes; which are excluded with few accesses. The functionality between spaces is obtained after generating flow charts that mesh with the other neighborhood spaces.
The project is finally presented as an urban solution in a small space, defining its spaces between the independent circulation towards the hills. Achieved urban acupuncture would offer its users a greater coexistence, a better identity with their neighborhood, greater accessibility and greater job opportunities, as well as a higher education.
