The building is worked in slope, with important views towards the sea, with access from high and low zone. It has a design with conventional grid structure, seeking to reinforce the design skills in terms of travel and spatiality.
Connecting both levels separating the public from the private
To achieve that the structuring does not compromise the spatiality
Achieve simple facades in materiality and with brise-soleil
Work a promenade-type route.
The project is located on the Costa Verde (natural ravine on the coast of Lima), lot where the LUM is currently located; which is characterized by a steep slope and topography work. It has access to the upper area of Miraflores and the lower area of the beaches. The design starts from a grid of predefined columns in this workshop.
The interior light work and the 4 facades are specially considered, placing circulations and bathrooms towards the blind fronts. A ramp and promenade course is also used; as well as internal voids to connect spaces according to their functions.
