The courses that are carried out are of Workshop of Restauro (laboratory) and architectural Restoration (theoretical). The first includes the renovation of an asylum / asylum built in 1914 and abandoned in 1999. It seeks to regenerate the old buildings giving them a new use according to the new needs.

The renovation of the complex takes place at different scales (Urban - local - complex - pavilions). It is decided to generate a recerational center of emotional therapy, which places in historical value the old program of the complex, adapting it to the mental illnesses of modernity (stress, PTSD, depression, etc.). The assigned pavilion becomes a therapy center for children

The theoretical course of Restauro, instead; provides ways of mapping the materiality degrade and concrete restoration techniques for the buildings analyzed. As a final project, the aim is to thoroughly analyze a sixteenth-century housing complex for its architectural, structural and historical restoration. Legislatures and Venetian methods of construction are also taught.
